This blog has been bouncing around, off and on, in the back of my mind for a good little while now. I usually dismiss that thought, figuring what use do I have in a blog, and why would anyone want to read what I might write. But, that's where I finally realized, that if even for just purely selfish reasons, this would be a great way to keep up with things. Whether it would be what type of cucumber did the best in the garden, or a successful project completed from Pinterest. Maybe a new recipe that was so yummy, or how much canning and freezing I've done lately. This folks, will soon become a form of memory for my mind, if nothing else. So if you want to read and follow along.. Welcome. If not, then it's all okay, no harm done, I won't hate ya. :)
We do not currently have a "farm", hence the "one day" in the name. I told hubby-dearest that one day we would have a farm, and so I would always reference, that at "One Day Farms", we will have this, or that and so on. We live in suburbia, which is peachy for now, we have room for our chickens and a garden, and maybe just one day, we will get that farm.
